Delicious menus and cozy atmosphere. Offers validated parking at Bank of Hawaii building for easy access for locals.
Japanese noodles are made with flours from Hokkaido, Japan. It’s very fresh and wonderful taste. Sushi and Sashimi are very fresh also.
Highly recommend Grilled Beef tongue. It’s a thick slices on a skewer and ono and juicy.
Highly recommend.

Shingen, located in the new Stix food hall, offers very good soba with great texture, including cold soba combos with ahi poke bowl and tempura bowl. The soba is praised as the best by some visitors. The restaurant has a super clean environment and nice big portions, though it can be expensive given the Waikiki location. Service is often quick, but there are occasional staffing issues, leading to unavailable menu items. Parking validation is recommended due to costly Waikiki parking.
