It was very disappointing. I've never had a problem until now. Standing in line to order waiting for more than 5 minutes and not being acknowledged. Wow Starbucks. Then after waiting for a while, they tell me it's better to do mobile order. I get Starbucks is busy especially in the mornings. But as a paying customer, being told to do that because they were back up was really infuriating. I was a walk in paying customer and they couldn't even take my order. Worst experience and I will never go back again.

There's been a significant quality drop in the last few months; I think the staff is overwhelmed. But you're stuck with it because you work downtown and Hon Coffee is too pricey.

The worst cup of coffee I've ever had at a Starbucks. Lukewarm water with a nasty taste.

I came here at 245pm today September 13th, 2023 and Travis was extremely rude. I asked him if we are able to order at the register considering it says "pick up" literally everywhere. He replied, "Yeah. Kinda like the last 2 people in front of you did," in a very condescending way. I replied, "I didn't know because it says pick up everywhere." And he started laughing.I found that extremely disrespectful and I hope he gets held accountable for being rude. He should definitely take a class on customer service skills.

Let's start with the positive. Staff are friendly, and will go out of their way to remember your names. Which is more than most of the local coffee shops will do. The people who work here are some of the nicest people on this island. It's also very exceedingly convenient.Negative: It's starting to feel like there's some religion I'm not familiar with, in which not providing electric outlets to customers is a sacrament. It's so common in this city that I'm not even going to take points off.

This Starbucks location is inside the Central Pacific Plaza (Central Pacific Bank), 1st floor. There is an Aloha Beer Downtown also on the first floor. There is an outside seating area just for the patrons of the businesses within the Central Pacific Plaza. There is on site security, which I would assume enforces the outside seating. The Starbucks is a Pick Up location and has seating inside but is slightly different from other Starbucks cafes. I believe they would prefer that you mobile order but they will take your order at the counter. The building has restrooms but I believe you have to be a tenant/customer to access since there is a key pad for a code to access. I placed my order and asked if there were restrooms I could use, the employee gave me a small piece of paper with the code. Service was rather quick but I only had a drink order.

I have been "mobile ordering" and love that it can be picked up at the window! Baristas ALWAYS SO CHEERFUL AND PLEASANT at such an early hour -5:30am. Order is always "right on"!

No menu on display. Use your Starbucks app! No parking. Why would anyone drive to this Starbucks when there are many other neighborhood Starbucks shops? This Starbucks Pickup is clearly for the Downtown workforce with its Mon-Fri 5am-5pm schedule. Customers come here for reliability and predictability, already with their order placed through the Starbucks mobile app, and reasonable pricing, not for "quality" handcrafted coffee. The location is so convenient, a large screen off the side of the coffee bar lists every mobile order customer's name, and whether their orders are ready or still in the queue. I'd say the baristas at this Starbucks are some of the most hardworking, patient morning employees, pumping out countless orders first thing in the morning. Even though this is just a "pickup" location, it has plenty of modern, clean tables and seating, so customers can relax here after picking up their mobile order. I love my coffee, but I'm not gonna lie, sometimes getting to work on time and being a good employee to my coworkers and customers take priority over waiting for that perfect cup of joe lol. If the coffee tastes good and has caffeine to keep me up through the day, I'm fine with that!Quick, predictable, reliable, and centrally and conveniently located inside Central Pacific Bank at the corner of King and Alakea. During the weekends or while on vacation, definitely support local cafes instead. This Starbucks Pickup does the job during the work week though!

A really small limited starbucks that has no menu board, so I needed to look at the app to find what I wanted to order. However there is only one server/cashier and she got my order wrong. She asked if I wanted a small, and I said yes, but when I got my order, she ordered the bigger size. When I received the order, I said I ordered the smaller one, and she said, no, you said "venti" but I know I didn't, and she said she couldn't change it in a very condescending tone, because I already ordered it I should have known better because of the price, which I questioned, but since there wasn't a menu board, and I didn't have time to look at the prices on the app, I ordered it blindly. She didn't even ask if I wanted whipped cream as well, and when I asked about it, she just looked at me, and said, "you didn't ask for it", with a huff, and went to the back to add it. Don't think I'll ever order from here again, unless I order from the mobile app.

Well this is inconvenient. You can't order unless you get their app! There's a Honolulu Coffee Co across the street at 1001 Bishop. It's cleaner, cheaper, quieter, and has better coffee. No app required.

I alternate between this Starbucks and the one on Merchant street. Since relocating to Central Pacific bank, the store is more spacious and beautiful, with a lot more tables inside and outside seating, and private individual booths for studying. Very funny story, I don't know why the Manager dislikes me, my best friend actually pointed it out that he was looking at me up and down with a disgusted face, her exact words was "he had a face of so you think you're better than me?" She didn't tell me until we exited, so I didn't witness the disgust in action. I laughed about it and stated, I wonder why, I'm generally a friendly person and always smile at everyone, so I don't know. As I came to the location more and more, I noticed that he would not call my name when my order was done, which added more comedy to my day. The rest of the staff is very friendly and always smiling and are happy to be there. I still come to this location, I just need to remember to check in.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm a Starbucks fan. If I was a millionaire, I think I'd drink Starbucks everyday...but since that's not the case, I only drink it when I get gift cards LOL I really like this Starbucks. They're located in the CPB building which is on the corner of Alakea and King St. I order ahead of time and my drink is always ready when I arrive. The staff is always very friendly and I've never had any bad experiences. There is the pick up window you can walk up to for this location but it's only for certain hours. Otherwise you need to walk in. I don't go to a lot of other locations but I like that this one has the board to say when your order is ready. You don't have to stand there awkwardly to check and see if your drink is ready.
