Let's start with the positive. Staff are friendly, and will go out of their way to remember your names. Which is more than most of the local coffee shops will do. The people who work here are some of the nicest people on this island. This Starbucks location is inside the Central Pacific Plaza (Central Pacific Bank), 1st floor. There is an Aloha Beer Downtown also on the first floor. There is an outside seating area just for the patrons of the businesses within the Central Pacific Plaza. There is on site security, which I would assume enforces the outside seating. The Starbucks is a Pick Up location and has seating inside but is slightly different from other Starbucks cafes. I believe they would prefer that...read full review

There's been a significant quality drop in the last few months; I think the staff is overwhelmed. But you're stuck with it because you work downtown and Hon Coffee is too pricey.
