Great experience at the Starbucks in Ala Moana Hotel! The staff was super friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. My drink was made perfectly, and the food was fresh. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is nice for a quick coffee break. Definitely a great spot to start the day!

I had a great experience. I would like to say Thank you for the great service, and happiness you all express. For the ones who feel entitled and disappointed because of the lack of attention, then yes you need to find other sources for your coffee needs. If you’re not intelligent enough to know your drink or pick up a cup and not squeeze the lid off, this is not the day care for the hotel lobby. The staff work very hard to service everyone as needed. The saying goes, you cannot please everyone. If you’re unhappy and cannot treat others respectfully then you deserve to be treated the same… love thy neighbor as you would want to be loved… Great Job to the staff!!!!

They didn’t put the lid on and my drink spilled everywhere. They didn’t offer to remake and what was left was made disgusting so I just threw it in the trash. Still no reimbursement was offered and the cashiers were all busy talking and making nasty drinks. Waste of time and money. Never coming back

- The "Barista" argued with me about what a latte was and made me repeat it back to her - her way....and then told me the machines were down. I was given a luke warm, burnt cup of coffee as a replacement. - The lines and wait times here can also be rediculous. Walk over to the mall - a 5 minutes walk = better service and less of a wait.

The atmosphere alone is great.
I hate coffee. Which sweet drink? and If you speak Katakoto English, Thank you for showing me the NOCOFFEE table. vanilla, strawberry, caramel I have a smoothie. TEA is delicious. He spoke slowly in English.
I was able to purchase and drink it safely.
Apparently it's a Starbucks that has alcohol. I don't like alcohol (sweat)
Oh, by the way, the regular size was $7.7.
There were many regulars. I think toll is enough!

I recently visited this Starbucks, and while the coffee and service were up to the usual standards, the noise from chairs being dragged across the stone floor was unbearable. It made it impossible to sit and enjoy my time there!!!
The management should consider adding felt pads or some form of cushioning to the chair legs to eliminate this awful noise. It would greatly improve the overall experience for customers.

I bought a sandwich at Starbucks for breakfast to enjoy the American atmosphere. That's surprising! It's twice as big as buying the same item in Japan. It would be difficult to eat alone. The prices are high in Japanese yen, but if two people share, the prices would be about the same as in Japan.Crispy GRLD Cheez. I had it warmed up in the oven. The surface is crispy and the inside is moist. It was a hearty sandwich with plenty of cheese.
