Mayita's Grill is cash only and only open a few nights a week. The food truck is clean and well organized, offering no frills Mexican food with very good flavors. It is one of the few legit Mexican food places in town. Oscar is a one man operation, but this very small, but mighty little food truck will offer you the most authentic tacos and burritos on island.
