Absolutely the worst Starbucks store in Hawaii, if not the world. I like Starbucks drip coffee, actually all their coffees, but nobody does drip coffee as well as Starbucks. This store is ALWAYS out. They have to make it every time. Today, they said they didn’t have any. I asked for a pour over. They don’t do pour overs!!! What? They were rude, nobody knew what to do. I was incredulous watching them all trying to do something different and getting into each other’s...

Friendly staff for sure, unfortunately when I'm buying high priced coffee, I like the benefit of rewards. No reusable cups allowed here either unlike corporate stores.

Long lines by 7a, however there are 2 cashiers and 4-5 baristas plus support staff. So the wait is reasonable. I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes with 3 drinks. When I first saw the line I thought I'd be here much longer. Staff is extremely thorough and pleasant considering they have to deal with a mob on a daily basis. I'd loose my mind.
