I have to give the service a 2 only because you never know how your experience will go. will they put the new person on register with no experience? Or will you get someone with more experience on register that can make the line run smoothly. But 4/5 times you go to this location, you'll get the former.Also pro tip, always order ahead via Grubhub for a better experience, even though they don't let you use you earn stars.
i come to this place all the time after classes and always order the same thing- green tea lemonade. i love the employees and the area, but i’ve had my drink made wrong numerous times- with water, black tea, or even as a green tea latte. while i understand making drinks is stressful, i figure mine is one of the easiest drinks to make, and whenever i muster the courage to ask for a remake, they continue to make the same mistakes and i just end up walking away with the wrong drink....
