Inappropriate conversations by the workers. Basically said my name as they started to make the drink and made jokes. Dont think they realized I was right in the front of them, obviously.

I don't go into a Starbucks too often anymore, but this particular one happened to be near my hotel near the airport and I have to say everyone was super nice. Reasonably priced breakfast sandwiches too.

I always enjoy coming to this Starbucks. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and they make an effort to get my order just right every time. I usually go to this Starbucks in the afternoon so this was my 1st time coming in the morning not only was she rude but they were also 15 mins late for my drink then gave me attitude saying that we don't have your water do u want us to just refund it then when I say yes ill just get a refund she gives more attitude because the fact that she had to give me a refund rude never had this experience before never again

No bathrooms and 15 people waiting. Staff is very nice but they are understaffed. It’s so busy and no bathroom??? Terrible

I’m allergic to dairy. Ordered a coconut milk mocha. Took 2 sips, now I’m sick thanks to the large amount of milk cross-contamination.

Nobody said hi. They were talking about other things and the worker even said I'm being loud. Drinks took forever and it wasn't busy at all. No change so far. This is why I stopped going to Starbucks.

My coffee was perfect. Service was quick. Clean and pono atmosphere 👌

I usually got my London fog tea at this location. They are doing it really well. Some times lack of consistency in temperature, but overall great 😀
