Put in a mobile order and went to the walk up window to pick it up. Mind you this was in the evening and there was no one in line, so I went to the window and the 3 employees are standing there on their phone's. Each looked up at me once then went back to the phone's. I then went to the drive through and they gave me my order and pretend nothing happened.
Starbucks drive thru!
Actually, when I order here, I always park nearby and walk to pick up the order, but when I went to the drive-thru for the first time, I realized how smooth and convenient it was, and wondered why I had to walk to pick it up...🤪
I thought it would take a while, but it went pretty quickly and the wait wasn't that long!

I drive-thru this starbucks so often my tire tread are grooved into the concrete here. I love that the location is drive-thru, the only one on the "east side" which is why the line is almost always long... but never a long wait.The service is average 50/50 - sometimes you get the greatest customer service and sometimes you get the worse, but all in all, its Starbucks.They are a smaller location which is why I believe they run out of items or do not "stock"...
