I've been going to Starbucks for almost 5 years, but over the last three months, the service has changed dramatically - and not for the better. The cashiers often struggle to get orders correct, seemingly unfamiliar with their own menu. Even when reading items directly from the menu board, they still misunderstand and ask irrelevant questions. When I finally receive my order, it's often incorrect. For example, my Frappuccino typically arrives melted, almost at room temperature, rather than frozen.

Staff great. Coffee not. Been Star customers for a long time but make our own at home from Starbucks french roast nearly every day. Needless to say we know the taste of the espresso. New cups??? Thank you for being environmentally friendly, but taste? Yuck-blah

I am there morning before work and I’m instantly wrapped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. What I love most is that they greet everyone by name—it makes the experience feel so personal! The baristas are incredibly friendly and welcoming; they always go the extra mile to make sure my order is perfect. 😤 ☕💯

I had poop in the urinal and they were very kind and helped me eat it. They provided napkins after it and made sure my experience was amazing. Shout out to the guy on the phone he was good give him a raise also i want a large cheese pizza with no cheese.

Fast for Starbucks
Love this location. Wish the outdoor seating was more plentiful out front, but a short walk to the marina in the back offers a nice spot to sip!
No restroom. Have to walk all the way past Ross and turn left. Barista tried to charge me for cream for my venti coffee.
