If you're looking for pleasant and nice staff, this is not the spot. There's an older woman barista that works there who is absolutely ignorant and rude. She will treat you like you're a 5 year old kid. She needs training in customer service for sure. To put this into perspective, it wasn't even busy or late in the day. So she had no excuse for being completely ignorant to everybody that she was taking their orders. For the rest of my vacation, I will definitely be avoiding this Starbucks.

Nice latte and slice of pumpkin bread with Waikiki beach across the street.
Shortest staff was really rude customers were waiting for order but staffs were loudly laughing each other without any masks.. it was really unsanitary as well. Plus, coffee and beverage are all too mild comparing other Starbucks It was one of the worst experiences in Hawaii

Friendly staff. Located right across the street from Waikiki Beach. Love grabbing a coffee and walking along the beach first thing in the morning.
They no longer let you get a cup of water without a purchase. I'm guessing they think that's going to make people buy things so they can make more money, but in reality it just makes me never want to go to a Starbucks again because having such intense corporate greed that you'd literally let people die of thirst just to pinch a few pennies on the cost of a cup so some executive somewhere can make more money is disgusting and inhumane.
