Great service and team friendly
They no longer let you get a cup of water without a purchase. I'm guessing they think that's going to make people buy things so they can make more money, but in reality it just makes me never want to go to a Starbucks again because having such intense corporate greed that you'd literally let people die of thirst just to pinch a few pennies on the cost of a cup so some executive somewhere can make more money is disgusting and inhumane.
Awesome staff!!!!
The place is busy based on location but using the Mobile app gets your drink done so quick.
Go inside the Marriott lobby area.
It was great to see some of the crew from the now closed store that was on Kalakaua & Kapahulu 👍
We went out for dinner albeit to a neighboring restaurant that was busy, but we had just gone on a tough hike and my girlfriend’s feet were tired. She sat in Starbucks outside chairs which were empty beyond belief with zero customers bc it was nearly 9PM but they felt the courage to go out of their way of closing to kick us out of those chairs. I got pictures of them kicking other people out and saw them literally peak out their windows and clearly enjoyed telling other patrons to leave their premises it was honestly pathetic. I will never go to this location period and honestly left a bad taste in my mouth for all of Starbucks, let’s use common sense as people and as a business. My pictures clearly show how it was closing time and no one was there. I learned in Hawaii that aloha can mean hello, welcome and even I love you but to this location aloha simply means goodbye. 100 percent do not recommend, Hawaii otherwise has been welcoming besides this experience, pretty sad - hope that employee feels good about “following the rules” of ignorance.
I don’t drink coffee but didn’t want to miss the seasonal festive flavours and was told the Frappuccino’s can all be made without coffee so tried the Peppermint mocha frap which was yummy albeit pricy
Flat white tastes like garbage. Scorched milk, espresso is bitter and undrinkable.
I can't believe customers have no access to the lavatory facilities in this establishment. Apparently only hotel patrons get humane treatment, someone should sue Starbucks and Marriott both for descrimination/customer profiling.

Rude and disrespectful personnel
It is located right inside the hotel, so if you are a hotel guest you can pop in before going to the beach
