Terrible customer service service to get a seat. We were staying at this hotel and gave up on Tiki bar restaurant. Control freaks over Seating arrangements. Rude!
Way more friendly restaurants in the area that appreciate customers.
Ate out 3 times a day for 10 days, that’s 30 meals they missed out on.
We had two fantastic meals here during our time in Hawaii! Looking forward to coming again!
The staff are very friendly. Our waitress Dede was excellent. The sunset view is breathtaking. If you are in Waikiki stop by this bar and grill you will not be disappointed.
