Starbucks | Target Ala Moana

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Extremely slow service, extremely bad attitudes, lines halfway to electronics and Nobody taking customer orders. Five employees walking around doing any task but orders and the one employee working the register would take an order and walk off to do other things for five to ten minutes in between each persons transaction. The person in front of me ordered, received their drink, and I stood there for an additional five minutes after she left waiting to place my order. You can place mobile orders at this location so what could they have been working on??? Every team member there had a terrible attitude.

It's located on the 2nd floor of Target inside Ala Moana Center, so it's a little-known spot and has a more relaxed atmosphere than the Waikiki and Ala Moana Center stores. We also carry two types of tumblers with the Hawaii logo on them. Two bottles cost $48.15 including tax.

I’ve been coming here so consistently the past couple weeks since getting a job in the area and the crew is so nice, especially Debi. I have to say she knows how to talk to people and that is KEY in customer service. She makes me want to come back every day!

Starbuck's "Double bacon" sandwhich is almost as much of a reason to go to Starbucks as the tasty, sugar fix Frap's !! Damn, I Wish they were open 24 hours!

First timers here. My friend and I ordered our beverages but the barista was obviously not feeling the love during his shift. He was not very kind. As a customer, when you didn't understand what was asked of you, you wanted it repeated. The barista seemed frustrated that when he repeated himself, he talked to us like toddlers: sloooow and with emphasis each word using exaggerated lip movements. Man, we speak your language!!! My friend and I just laughed it off about this experience but it was really a bad PR. Our bad experience translated into bad tasting ultra sweet beverages but because we wanted to sit down and enjoy the AC inside the store, we lingered. Not coming back to this Starbucks location.
