Not exactly in the middle of things, but still a good place for us to pull off the road and order some coffee drinks. The drinks were good, the service was friendly, and we left very happy.

There is no City Cup. I think inventory is quite fluid. I tried to buy a city cup here, but I couldn't buy it.Neither of the two Starbucks beyond the airport security checkpoint had a City Cup. I am leaving a review in the hope that no one leaves crying like I did.Buy the City Cup downtown ㅠㅠ

The girl works there just take time to make coffee. There is people lined and waiting their drink but she just stood there and taking good time to make drinks. Also, I ordered ice green tea latte but came out hot. She replaced mine though but my latte taste really flat and disgusting. Taste like just water and bit macha and paid more because it’s in airport. Really bad starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

Very busy but clean store, friendly staff & efficient depending on the day. We've been in the airport island hopping so we've visited this location on several occasions. The oatmeal have prepackaged bags with nuts, berries and sugar. Every time, there is no spoon inside. Thank goodness we've looked but that would be a little frustrating to notice it was not inside. Back home, they have the spoon in the prepackaged bag. Just a suggestion to eliminate frustrated customers.

This time we will introduce "Starbucks HNL Gate 12".Starbucks at Honolulu Airport.Did you know that Starbucks in Hawaii now sells reprinted mugs?I really liked the design, and during the 10 days I spent in Hawaii, I was looking for Starbucks to see if they had mugs.I searched all over the place from the North, but couldn't find the road anywhere, so on the last day, I headed to the airport.After checking in, I was looking at souvenirs and playing around.Found Starbucks! !I thought, ``No way...''When I entered, I saw a lot of things being sold lolThe tension is already high.I also contacted the people I was going with and we all bought it together.I guess that made me tired, and I got thirsty.We will try to recover from fatigue with strawberry and acai lemonade, which is available for a limited time only.It's sweet and sour, and you can really feel the health benefits.The color and fruit feel were very Hawaiian, so I was able to purchase something nice in the end, and it was great to drink.

Nice people, but They don't refill ypur coffee unless you are gold member. Not like other Starbucks, and we asked before do the long line. And they said at the cashier "oh we are not Starbucks Starbucks "... ? so, how to know which one is Starbucks Starbucks, that one is what I want... plus make you feel uncomfortable for a simple cheap coffee when all the time they throw away a lot of the remaining portion when they blend ingredientes and it doesn't fit in the cup.

The staff were mostly nice, but it took a while to get my drink. I asked for less ice, and most of my guy was ice. It also wasn't stirred well when I received it. However, the actual store is very cute with a lot of seating which is very nice.

The store is supposed to be open until 930pm. As a flight attendant I shop here often. Today I arrived@ 906 pm and they lied and said they always close at 9pm and refused to serve me.
