ALWAYS HAVE 20 workers and they all just look scrambled. Coffee takes no less than 20 min even if you mobile order. They are slow, coffee is ALWAYS cold or like warm. I can't count how many times I've asked them to remake it. I asked why it was taking so long the manager said "someone called out". I counted the workers there's was ELEVEN workers. ELEVEN!!!!! This is just embarrassing. Management should be embarrassed of how they run this store. I go to arvo and spend more just because of this and this Starbucks is next to my house... they are a mess
I agree with tlsdavis review... I live literally down the street from this Starbucks... I am a certified Starbucks junkie and I have to say this location always has extremely slow service, workers are not welcoming or ever greet me like when I go to every... other... Starbucks. There's always a mistake with my order. Every... single... time. It's November and I have not been to this location since March. I was super excited when this location opened in 2017 but the service and atmosphere got substantially worse everytime I try to give this location a chance. I end up going to the Kaonohi location at Pearlridge or the Alakea Pick-Up location rather than coming to the Nuuanu Starbucks. I may give this location another chance before the end of the year, but I am probably just setting myself up for disappointment.

I have tried and tried to give this location a chance, I give up.I moved to Nuuanu in May, for six months I have visited this location 2x a day, pretty much everyday... Also keep in mind, I buy 2 or 3 drinks each visit.1) Not one person has EVER greeted me by name.2) One drink is wrong almost every day.3) While you guys smile when something is requested, I rarely feel its genuine.I have worked customer service for 25+ years. Standing at counters just like these employees, its not easy. But I know my regulars, I make them feel welcome and that I am pleased to see them.If your manager needs a real lesson in running a Starbucks, I HIGHLY suggest you call Shannon at Ewa Beach location, she can show you guys how its done. Id even bet money if I walked into that store today someone would greet me by my name.Until y'all get it together, ill be visiting the other School Street location. Only went a week while your location was closed. Never a wrong order, and someone already knows my name.

This is probably the busiest Starbucks I have ever been to. However, even if it is co-located in a corner of two busy streets near a major freeway with other shops and establishments, parking is plenty. You may not get a parking spot directly in front of the store, but parking is always available within 45 seconds walk. There's plenty of seating good for groups, small teams, and solo. It got stools, regular size chairs, and benches. One downside probably is that they don't have outlet to plug in your laptop. Outlet is a big thing for me since I like to work online and at the same time enjoying that sip. Another downside is that the restroom is located outside the store. You'd have to ask the barista for the key and walk back outside and find the restroom in the opposite corner in that strip. Because it is one of the busiest stores, the atmosphere gets really loud in a bad way. Nevertheless, the store got my order accurately, though I noticed it took longer than expected. The staff are mix nice and mix meh.

Today was red cup day! I ordered a Sugar Cookie latte but the cashier heard frappe. Josh at the counter was able to remake it for me. I really appreciate it. He was an amazing team member today. Thank you josh on such a busy day!!
