This Starbucks Coffee Company location is like any other Starbucks, with decent coffee. The cafe is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The coffee is the best in the world, with Pike Place and Guatemala roasts that have no equal. The protein foam was pretty good. However, nothing is special about this place. It was pretty slow for being so quiet. Some wish there was more seating and that the seating could be more comfortable. While the location at Nuuanu Avenue is always clean and staff work quickly, one visit involved a wrong sandwich and a drink that was all ice with barely any pink drink. The person on the phone was kind, but a later visit had a rude staff member who gave the wrong sandwich again. Usually, orders are made quickly, but a mystery color change tumbler has only been green.
