The place we wanted to go to was closed, so I suggested here since it's one of the last old school, local bar, where everyone knows your name...or will at some point. First off, great parking lot! Plenty of spaces! I kinda don't want to say how great this place is or how much fun we had because I don't want it to be spoiled by tourists or hipsters. A oldie but goodie local establishment on nuuanu by old chun Hoon. Japanese dive bars that used to around known for their local food and service. Family run and good service like the old days. Good place to relax and watch football,some drink specials. Lots of parking ,support your local establishments!

2/2023Haven't been in a while, but I wanted to meet at an inexpensive, casual place to talk. Perfect in that sense. Waitress was very friendly and we loved the very simple local menu. I always pick on the Portuguese Sausage. The string beans and shrimp are also popular, but the rest of the menu rocks too. Can't go wrong with the prices. Scary thought that we'll probably be back more frequently in these economic times. Great place to go easy on the pocketbook, though! ?✌️
