I had a really bad coffee this morning at the Starbucks at LAX, so I left a negative review. Starbucks replied and told me to get a new drink at any location with no cost. When I transferred at Honolulu airport and the Starbucks here made a new drink for me. The staffs are so friendly, patient and also the drink is more professional than LAX’s. Thanks for the good service.

I ordered an iced latte, I asked the shop assistant to make it very sweet. She replied that I could add sugar packets later.How do I dissolve sugar in a full glass with ice floating in it?For $6.30, you have to make me a cappuccino as I ask and thank me too. Starbucks sucks, the cold stuff is bitter (the ready-made one in the bottle, always Starbucks, in the supermarket it's not bitter...), the hot stuff burns for an hour and you have to go around waiting for this glass to become drinkable. And it's very expensive too!

staffs are discriminating their customers. Very unfriendly unrespectfully and impolite ladies (Two of them). Same attitute for fhe staff when i asking for a water. The white lady before me were treated very differently.Come on starsucks, train your staff better

I order on app and pick it up. The app always says they are out of stock of bagels and won't let you order. You have to stand in line to order the bagels. This issue I tell them daily for multiple years already very stressful.
