Starbucks (Gate G1, HNL)

Workers today, need to smile more. Frowning whole time, and very unfriendly services. Bought food and coffee and I'll ask was to full my hydro flask with water, this young girl does not need to frown or roll her eyes.?

Chloe the order taker at the cashier is terrible. She told us to wait, waited, she talks to her staff (there was total 5staff) comes back and said hold on and leaves without taking order. Chloe and all the staff needs to be retrained. We left without ordering nothing. Ohs lastly when we told her never mind she laughed and walked away. Really terrible.

I got a drink before leaving and tried one of their frappuchino I can't get in my country!

Absolutely horrible service. Everyone involved in the operation of this location should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered a black coffee, and assumed that's what I had been given. After letting it cool down I took a drink and immediately realized that the coffee had milk in it. Which I am allergic to. Fortunately I didn't drink enough of it for it to be a health issue.

I set out to return the drink and explain the mix up, only to discover that the location had closed 30 minutes earlier than is listed.

I expect things like this from lesser coffee chains, but not from Starbucks. There was a time when the Starbucks name stood for high quality products and service. I guess those days are long past.

They didn't replace my payment method although I asked it literally 1 sec after transaction. It wasn't even busy. Unkind. Will never go again.

The staff members are talking to each other and unless you talk to them, they keep talking ??The ? item I ordered was mistakenly given to me as someone else's, and I didn't get a tumbler discount even though I was given an eco cup! ️

Two weeks ago I bought 2 small teas, one black and one with milk and sugar. I was charged an extra $3.15 for the addition of the milk and sugar. I queried this and was told, sorry but this is our charge. An insane charge. I have never been charged extra in any coffee shop for milk and sugar.

Well - first of all - its a Starbucks.And last of all, its a Starbucks.The staff are friendly, the drinks are your typical starbucks drinks, only difference is there isn't a crazy line like there would be in the city back in mainland (thank god).I don't know why people are upset about this place, as they're just your typical airport startbucks but slightly better! Its by G1-G4!

Aloha; so this is one of many at the Honolulu airport. It's has no dine in but service is quick as the staff has been here for sometime. It's the smallest location and has everything your looking for.
