I would eat here everyday if it were practical. The best spot on the island. Quality is top notch, that of a five star diner. Portions are always large and everything made fresh. Family run business, always kind and always gracious. Love this place. You can’t go wrong.
It was in my route so I stopped by to buy a lunch plate and ended up buying breakfast special for $8.50, which had 3 eggs & 2 bacon & 2 sausage & 2 slices of ham with rice. Wow, it was a lot. I think it must have weighed way over one pound. It was a lot and cooked just perfect. Yes, they do say they prepare the meals from scratch so I had to wait while they cook it, unlike a fast food joints where they precook many items. It was worth it as the meal tasted very good....
Highly recommend. We had this at their tent at Restaurant Week. Everything was perfectly cooked and had a great flavor. If they can cook up food that good at a tent, I have to believe their restaurant would be great too.
