We booked way ahead of time to try their Washoku lunch. This was our first time to Suntory and was very happy with the ambiance, service and food. The only down side was the traffic to park at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center. We must've caught a convention but do plan on Waikiki traffic. I ended up parking at International Marketplace and walking over.
Thanks to the fresh ingredients and carefully prepared dishes, I keep returning to Suntory Restaurant. Especially for family birthdays, they even prepared desserts and flowers, creating a truly unforgettable and touching experience. Thank you so much!
Went there twice; the first time was great and my kid loved lobster, shrimp (which is available for ala carte, though not directly on a la carte menu) , and scallop and also ate a good amount of the beef. So we went second time today but the chef this time was not that great —- the scallop was not fully cooked (I only had raw or fully cooked scallop but never half cooked ones which don’t taste well either). The the foie gras was not fully cooked again so we asked the chef...
