This is the worst subway ever, every single time I go in there’s a Asian lady, very un happy, she charges me over every time, she says the scan doesn’t work to scan the subway rewards, doesn’t even try to give us what we ask for! This location should be closed down!

Worst Subway experience...the lady wasn't friendly at all and was super stingy with all the ingredients then on top of that said she would charge me extra since I asked her for more black olives. It's crazy to me that we are now paying $13 for a mediocre sandwich and are still hungry after. I'm never coming back here again and hope this place goes out or business for ripping me off.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The service was horrible. There was this older man in front of me when I went and he was taking a little while to figure out what he wanted and probably couldn't hear too well. While he was trying to figure out what to get the owner begins slamming the counter to try to get his attention. She then roughly talks to him saying to hurry up because there is a line. She then starts talking under her breath complaining. At this point I think I should say something. She takes my order, and I tell her that the way she talked to that guy was rude. She starts to say that it was her uncle as if that would make it ok. She refuses to make eye contact and is super rough slamming things around. I reluctantly paid and told her I would never come to this location again. This is by far the worst experience I've had at a subway ever. I think this owner didn't pay attention during the customer service part of owning a restaurant.

I was there yesterday. The lady behind the counter was not very nice to the auntie she was helping. The auntie had a coupon with her and the lady wasn't being patient with her and she seemed bothered by the woman for wanting to place an order. Then a young man came on over to take my order. I also had a coupon and was told the coupon I had did not apply for the sandwich I wanted. He wasn't rude about it but I also did not feel like my business was welcome. I said thank you and left. I didn't feel like they valued the customers and decided not to give them my money. Not the first time I've been there and felt like my business was not welcomed. There are other Subways nearby and I will be going to those or I might try Jersey Mikes around the corner.

My children wanted to eat Subway sandwich today so I visited the Subway at 4614 Kilauea Avenue #101, Subway #7702 at about 2:30 pm. The staff who assisted me was unfriendly and rude. I felt rushed when placing my order as she scolded me to tell her next time all the sandwiches that I want to order rather than letting her know one at a time. I was the only customer at the time she was servicing me. I wanted to place the sandwich order one at a time to ensure that there was no mistake with the sandwiches made, since it's happened before. I won't be buying sandwiches from Subway again. There's other places such as Charley's, Sprout Sandwich Shop, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, and many others that would definitely appreciate my business! I thought my coming to support the business would be appreciated with the increased in pricing for goods and services. Clearly, I was wrong! You can't ask customers to be patience with the length of service due to short staffs when the business itself can't even provide a good customer service experience! I'm only giving 1 star to post my review.

As far as subways go, this is the best one in the area. Owner runs the shop and it shows. Veggies are always fresh, clean and all food items are covered when store is idle. (No flies landing on your food!)Tip: They do not accept coupons.

Worker Jenny would not accept midweek coupon for footlong sandwich. There was nothing on coupon as to why i coulndt use it. Became very aggitated and disrespectful towards me as a customer. This got to be the worst subway location on island of oahu.. Sorry I would NEVER go there again. and recommend nobody goes there as well. I wish i could give zero stars if i could.

Customer service is really BAD, Worker Jenny would not honor coupon with no written reason not to. Very terrible . Worst one on Oahu. maybe the state of hawaii. Stay clear of this place no respect to the customer. I would give them zero stars if there was one. Don't go there

I ordered 2 foot long subs and the lady who was probably the owner was very stingy with vegetables and had a bad attitude. I will never go back at Subway at Kīlauea. The bread tasted old, probably because they have little customers because of this lady's attitude and customer service. I would highly recommend Subway Kahala Mall or Aina Aina shopping center.

Very disappointed in the poor service I received at Subway Kahala. I wanted to add lettuce, olives & banana peppers to my steak & cheese sandwich and the worker said I couldn't. What happened to making it my way?! I won't be going there again, very bad service.
