Sandwich was good. Even when i asked for the restrooms , they did reply and showed me a way. But the sign they have is not good. I advice to take it down. Not asking that question seems to be rude.

If you are complaining about this subway you are an entitled idiot , who probably has a silver spoon up them somewhere. Montana I saw your reviews your a trash human being who actually destroys local businesses this is one of the best subways I have ever been too , maybe if you weren’t so picky and entitled you would see that too don’t one star a business because you think you know how to be food safe making a sandwich. This subway is excellent don’t let some Karen tell you otherwise.

The reviews below me are actually stupid. This subway is hands down one of the best ive had. Whoever said there isnt enough sauce selection needs there eyes checked. Great service Great food.

Just came here to notify the general public that this place is a health hazard.. The employee put my meats to be heated up directly onto a silicone tray, no separation that has been used for many other meats. That’s a breeding ground for bacteria, and disgusting. Then I watched them pour fresh lettuce over old lettuce.. ummm, what? Aren’t you supposed get a FRESH bin, then add the old to the top? This place is asking to get shut down. Food poisoning awaits. I suggest you train your employees to wash their hands before putting on gloves, and educate them on safe food handling.

Sammiches are tasty. Service was poor. Server asked if I wanted salt pepper oil and vinegar and I said NO. I guess she was auto and did it anyway. When I questioned if she added vinegar she got irritated. Ended up tossing all the veggies and replacing it...then passed it on to someone else and walked away. Not even a sorry...I wasn't irritated, I just don't like vinegar on my meatball sammich. Didn't complain that she deleted my honey mustard with the veggies or that the dang thing was still going to taste like vinegar...but geez I was pissed with the bad attitude over her own mistake.Subway please train your employees better. If she can't control her temper tantrums she should be away from the counter...maybe custodial? Trash won't be offended with the grumpy face and bad attitude.6/18 about 11am

This was my first mobile order using the app and it was AWESOME. I was worried about the accuracy of the order and the amount of added ingredients I'd receive but my sandwiches were perfect. In fact the amount of veggies in my Italian Sub and Veggie Delite were extremely generous! I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed help. When I said that I have a mobile order, two out of the four staff members directed me to the pick up shelf. My order was ready on time. I really liked that the receipt itemized every ingredient I'd included. No errors or questions there. I've been to this location several times and it id always clean and efficient. The location is very convenient to the community and probably is a great place to stop on your way to or back from Hanauma Bay.

The worst subway I've been to in terms of selection/options. You want bread options? Sorry only one bread? Interested in gluten free options or salads? Not at this location. Just weird. I'm not sure if it was just an off day, inexperienced staff, or if this location is just off in its own world in terms of the subway chain but it had a fractions of the options that every other location has. I'm not sure if the limited food they had is good or not as we ended up going elsewhere after finding out they couldn't do one of a dozen different things we were interested in.Dietary restrictions: This location (unlike most location) could not do any gluten free options or salads when we tried to go.

Their drink machine has a water option, but they do not have water cups. They do not even have an option to buy a water cup for a small fee like other places. I prefer drinking water with my meals, but I do not want soda or bottled Dasani (tap water tastes better, without the added salt of Dasani). I would bring my reusable water bottle here, but I doubt they would be okay with me refilling up here. Otherwise, the food is unremarkably Subway. You go there for the consistency and portions, not the quality. Subway is not all that healthy, but you definitely feel less lethargic after eating it than other types of fast food.

The server was very nice. Sandwiches were good. Cannot say the same for the manager. I guess not all locations participate on online offers.

i went here before I really like the meatball subs here. I add mozzarella cheese to it and it's just GREAT. I went with a few other people and one of them ordered "The Philly". If you're not going to eat it right away don't add veggies. It got super soggy afterwards and it wasn't that good. If you're going to eat it later, I suggest the meatball sub with cheese.

I normally don't review fast food or chains but was so impressed by my experience that I decided to and was surprised to find so many bad reviews. First off, worked A LOT in food service AND eaten A LOT of subways in my life. I think all Subways are franchises and it seems like the people who were working when I was there figured out a way to build the subway better. Like they did lettuce last. I heard them schooling the person ahead of me, "I wanted lettuce." "Yeah, I know, I put on after." Maybe a little short and could have been interpreted as rude by someone expecting to be "always right", but I was raised by Koreans and I'll take mildly condescending confidence over ineptitude any day. I mean, it's Subway, not a sit down establishment with white tablecloths. I let them lead and make my sub their way and it slapped 5 ways to Sunday. I can't even get a Subway at another location now after having a damn near perfect Sub. These people really are Sandwich artists!

They stopped offering $5 six inch subs. The whole menu is overpriced.

Sandwiches are very very small. Extra items paid for were not added to sandwich. I haven't eaten subway in years and this was very disappointing. I don't know if it's just this location or if they have all gone downhill but it's definitely not what I remember.
