I'm Japanese. This subway didn't give me change. It was about $3. It's too expensive for a tip. I think foreigners shouldn't come here. The person who helped me was a black woman.

Very disappointing customer service..The woman who served me didn't even wait for me to finish my choices and made my sandwich. She was adding cheese and lettuces that I don't eat! If I had a lactose allergy?! I would have sued her.

Online says they participate in the buy one get one 50% off but they don't. Then they tried to brown lettuce on my sandwich

My wife and I ask for a large and two plates. We split it and it saves us a few bucks.
