Sushi You is an absolute treat. The omakase is well curated and each successive course was our favorite of the meal. Don’t forget to BYOB but if you forget, there’s a Safeway down the block. Don’t miss out on this culinary experience if you’re looking for fresh fish, uni from Hokkaido, and a friendly atmosphere to spend an evening.
Maybe my new favorite omakase spot. Everything was perfectly seasoned and presented. Highly recommend if you like a nice, delicious omakase. The owner was friendly and non-intimidating and the service was on point. The kind of spot that every little town needs.
Absolutely phenomenal meal! Textures and flavors were perfectly paired. My favorite was the eel with avocado! Space was intimate and server & chef were really kind and hospitable. Will definitely come back!
