This is the best place for vegan food in Waikiki. The noodles are the perfect texture. They have two vegan ramens. We tried the vegan tantan men, which is absurdly good. We are here for 4 days and had to go back twice. My only regret is not trying their other vegan ramen. I visited this parlor on the last day of my trip to Hawaii and tried the Spicy Ramen. I loved it because it has a well-balanced flavor — not the rich, heavy taste of pork bone ramen, but a more refreshing and light profile. The chef, Kevin, was also very friendly, which made the experience even better. :)
