We came here for the experience.It was super expensive ($300 plus tip) for what it was so I doubt I'd do it again.My party ( me, wife, two children) came here the kids ordered from the kids menu (chicken and shrimp), my wife got seafood and I ordered the ribeye steak.The miso soup was ok. Nothing special.The salad was also mid.The veggies were a bit off.I opted for the fried rice and it was sub par. As was the white rice.My steak was perfect. Amazing. Juicy.My wife loved her seafood and the salmon was good.The chicken was ok and the shrimp was mediocre.The ice cream was alright.It is odd that someone comes to take your picture then tries selling it to you for $35 each. Kind of tacky and definitely intrusive.I do want to add that Chef Chris was great.Funny, informative, entertaining and interacted with everyone in a very fun, creative and positive way.If I went back it would be because of him.

I booked a late dinner for two. It's was so fabulous. We had a wonderful time, the chef was great and prepared our food just right. The service was very professional and courteous. I always enjoy a meal here when I travel to Oahu. The staff are always friendly.

The service was excellent-very friendly! The food was a disappointment compared to the many similar restaurants we have tried. The garlic fried rice was not very flavorful and needing/lacking beg. My filet mignon did not seem like tenderloin at all- it was actually tough. It is a beautiful restaurant and we couldn't ask for better service.

Delicious things are delicious, but when it comes to performance, it's really boring! ! At first, you'll be like, "Oh!!!", but halfway through, you'll start to feel sick to your stomach at the chaka chaka performance
Phenomenal first time experience. All the staff are kind, attentive, and have unique personalities. Our chef, Cyrus, was a delight in particular, beyond doing the usual hibachi chef shtick, he brought out a dry humor that our table appreciated great (and was great enough to trade out my initial cut of waygu because it was subpar). I tried the Shogun special with the waygu, and let me tell you, the waygu was buttery and delectable (one of the affordable options for waygu in Waikiki). Their drink menu is a good mix of traditional and new-style, the additions/appetizers for the meal combinations make it all a hearty meal, and naturally the hibachi antics put on a fun show while you eat. Highly recommend trying at least once in you're in Wakiki, and nice place if you want to try waygu! 9.5/10Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator to restaurant floor is the main entrance for everyone

Nice ambience, good food and amazing staff. These folks do their best to make your dining experience enjoyable. Also the pricing is very reasonable. In summary, if you like Steak & Seafood served in Japanese way then this is the right place.
