If i could give 0 star I would. She messed up my order and my wife's. The i came into have it resolved. She insisted I asked for coffee and lychee mixed. Lol who does that? So I continued to let her know I said everything except coffee. She then denied me. So I left the weird drink she made and walked out. Go here If you want rude costumer service.

Would’ve given negative stars if it was possible! I bought an ube latte from here and it tasted like fermented milk. I was told no refunds and no replacements. I’ve bought the same drink from other Teapresso bars around the island and they never tasted this nasty.

Terrible experience. Walked in and spent $25 on 3 “smoothies” which were made with jelly and half banana. The taro latte I got was from a juice bottle, and the coffee was also from a juice bottle. Not sanitary, not clean. I told the barista I have a severe tree nut allergy to Almonds and she just looked at me like she saw a ghost, emotionless completely ignoring my concern. I asked for an empty cup and she said its $2. Mind blowing. 0 customer service, terrible drinks. Rip off

Absolutely terrible service, the lady in front desk very rude. My wife and I got 4 drinks and after paying asked for an EMPTY cup so we could give the toddler a but if out smoothie. She very rudely responded that we have to pay for empty cup as well and try to get extra money. Never coming back to this place. Zero stars if I could rate it. Just had to walk to Starbucks and got a cup no questions asked.

It was amazing went here to grab some coffee my first time first coffee wasn’t so good but asked the girl if I could trade it in for something different excellent service didn’t even have me pay I wish I would’ve been rich to tip her 100$ my drink that I enjoyed was the Coffee Vanilla smoothie delicious:)

The coffee that I got was not taste any good. I’m a barista with long time experience, so I know how does coffee supposed to taste like. Plus they place containers with ether coffee and tea right on top of brewing machine such has very hot surface and for sure spoiled the insides of the containers.Their coffee shop is over cluttered with staff, so doesn’t look nice and clean. The person who served to us wasn’t nice.I won’t ever come back again.I had to leave my coffee in the trash!

This Teapresso does not have the full menu of other Teapressos, particularly the li hing & spicy slushes. I ordered the very popular li hing pineapple slush - they don’t have it here. Also ordered brown sugar milk tea - they didn’t have brown sugar today. On a Wednesday. At 3:00 pm.

When you enter, on the left side you have a small restaurant (Loco Moco) and to the right is Teapresso. Courteous customer service - they split a taro milk tea and didn’t charge for the extra cup. The boba teas are good and the location is close to home.
