I ordered a burger, fries, and the smallest shake and still spent over $40. I don’t recommend eating here on a budget. The Nutella shake tasted like chocolate.

Kind of unbelievable. They ran out of milk, but allowed us to order shakes nonetheless—then did not tell us that it was out. We had to wait in line and ask for a refund, which took a while.

Best burgers around. Fast service and usually friendly service. Keep in mind, the level of crew morale is a sign of good management. Even when you're super busy. Take care of staff, keep them hydrated, and hopefully they will have a good positive attitude which helps everyone.

Worst service ever. Line was long to order and order took over an hour to receive. The food was cold and staff was simply a clueless bunch. We noticed other people who ordered much later received their order first. They are so unorganized. What a waste of time we were all left Hangry and got refund instead.This place sucks. Eat some place else.

Waste of Money! Took 30 min to get my burger and no one was in front of me. $25 for a small burger and rock hard tater tots? The bun was cold and soggy, and the burger taste like it was warmed up on a microwave. Tater tots were like biting into a rock…complete waste of time and $$$. Used to be an amazing burger joint…not sure what happened
