Service terrible at WaikikiMenus in Japanese on all three video boards! I had to ask fot an English menu SMH! Fountain Coke Zero "out of service" until tomorrow SMH! I had to get Fuze Tea...no sweetner SMH!What happened to Teddys?

Waikiki location. Slow service, first menus you see on top are in Japanese. Out of diet coke. Disappointed, so we got the unsweetened ice tea, but then they were out of artificial sweetener! Bummer! So disappointed. We've been coming here for years, unfortunately it has gone down hill.

Very pleasantly surprised by this place. I mean it had good reviews so I wasn’t expecting it to be bad, but the customer service really blew this place out of the water. The burger was cooked to be juicy and tender. They cook the burgers medium regularly, but give you the option to request a different way to be cooked. Waikiki burger was just what I needed. Really recommend this place.

Ordered avocado on my burger, paid for avocado on my burger, got home and there was no avocado :( and they can only do cash refunds so we got no refund. Fries were soggy with grease. The medium-rare burger was medium, the medium burger was rare. The staff was very helpful in ordering and trying to correct the problems though.
Volcano burger was underwhelming for $15. I thought by the name of the restaurant it would be a big burger. It was pretty small and not very spicy

The tables and the dining area could be a lot cleaner. The food was delicious. Hot and crispy fries. The counter person was friendly, considering having been there all day. Doing his best to keep a cheerful personality ??
