I like Thai-Lao dishes. Thai Issan and Issan 2 have not disappoint me yet. I been going to them for Lao-Thai cuisines….

Thai Issan has recently opened a second restaurant at the place that Thai Village was operating from.

The dishes were very traditional with fresh ingredients. I tried its Larb with pork and that was really good. We also got the drunken noodles with chicken and it was decent, not overly sweet.

The best Thai I’ve found on island so far. The Pad see ew tastes exactly like it’s supposed to. Many place on island make it wrong.. and also the papaya salad is delicious!

And there’s parking!

Spent $100 on takeout, everything is bland. How do you mess up papaya salad? It’s so spicy but the flavors aren’t balanced. Whoever left those five star reviews must be friends of owners bc they are lying. Also, I have never seen so much water in my curry?

I usually don’t eat pad Thai because it’s too sweet for me. Decided to try it this time as dish pad Thai is their #1.The noodles were soaked in Tamarind sauce which made it a bit sour. Not my favorite flavor, but it’s absolutely well made: sticky & flavorful. If You like pad Thai that’s a bit sweet and sour, you would love it! The service is also great

Worst food, very rude server. Foods were away too salty. Noodle was almost spoiled. Told the server that noodle was almost spoiled after paying bills. We were told that the dish contained vinegar and that's why were thinking it was spoiled. We can tell difference between vinegar and spoiled food. The server treated us badly.

I ordered chicken pad see ew as a to go order. The noodles were half cooked and raw. Bunches of the noodles were still stick together from the packaging. Really awful choice. I’m shocked the cook allowed this meal to go out!

This restaurant is understaffed and it was really unclear whether you seat yourself etc. We sat ourselves after asking another patron there to pick up their take-out order. We quickly learned their was only one waitress but she was very friendly and tried to be very accommodating. We received our food quicker than we thought we would and it was absolutely delicious. The fried pork Egg Rolls were perfect! I loved my Shrimp & Steak Stir-Fry! My husband ate every bit of his Broccoli and Chicken and he isn’t a fan of Thai food. Overall, we are happy we didn’t leave after the brief confusion upon our arrival.
