Maybe the best happy hour deal on the island! $3 draft beers with their $17 dollar bone marrow cheeseburger + fries 4-6pm. The burger was the absolute best I’ve had in ages. The burger was very juicy and charamelized onion was delightful. The generous portion of potato skin fries was also great. We also ordered the Ahi nachos. Theses were not my favorite, mostly due to the chips, which were more like fried dough than the corn tortilla chips I expected (think Taco Bell chips) The place is small, but not too far a walk from Waikiki strip.

The bone marrow burger did not disappoint. The fries that came with it were also very nice. The service was great. I also liked that they serve you citrus infused water. Highly recommended! I’d definitely go back to The Butcher Bar.

Great HH options. My boys love the lobster Mac and cheese and bone marrow burger. I enjoyed the wedge salad and meatloaf quite different from the traditional ketchup over the top. We came early so was able the enjoy the 60's 70's and 80's background music and take in the ambiance. Isabel is a lovely server. Attentive to our needs and enthusiasm. Memorable and will be back.

This place was.....OMG!!! FANTASTIC!! The food was so delicious, employees (Isabel and Peyton) were so kind and attentive, atmosphere was so comfortable and food presentation was fire!!! Highly recommed!! Totally coming back for another meal!

When I saw the restaurant online, I thought they had a lot of food options but I was wrong. It was so expensive so we got the cheapest thing on the menu which was the burger for $17 each. The burger were good and juicy but needed more sauce. The funny part about that evening, I accidentally burnt the menu handing it back to the lady.

Four friends, carnivores, a Porterhouse, a Bone-In Rib Eye, and a Tomahawk, beer, oh and some olives. It was just a great time.

We had an excellent diner, the meat was delicious. The place was charming and our waitress very kind.

This place has one of the best burgers on the island. The staff was friendly service was fantastic and the setting was relaxing. I will definitely return with more guests.

Several weeks ago, we managed to snag a reservation at Butcher Bar for get together with a friend of ours. It had been a while since we last saw them and we usually have to go out to their side of the island to meet up, so it was refreshing for the drive to only be a few minutes.

We were particularly excited to order their burger, which is only around $20 and includes a side of fries. You rarely see a deal like that nowadays. It especially unheard of in an area like Waikiki. But somehow, they managed to pull it off.

The servers were nice, and that was pleasant. The Burger King stacked high with bacon, cheese, bone marrow, and caramelized onions. It was definitely tasty, since they use the trim from the steakhouse. The one critique that we have is my bun ended up being relatively soaked by the time I was halfway through the burger. And I am a pretty quick eater. But that wasn't a problem for the other two people in my party so it was likely an outlier.

With that said, I would definitely go back.

One more thing to note is that the parking is actually located across the street. It's a bit of a tight parking lot so definitely be prepared for that when you are headed over. Additionally, we thought that the validation covered parking/most of the parking. However, we still ended up paying about $12 each for parking after the validation. This isn't necessarily a dig on the restaurant, it might've been the error of the machine, not reading our validation properly. Regardless, just an additional thing to plan before you make your visit.

We were staying in an Airbnb upstairs and decided to eat here one night. The bone marrow burger was so delicious! As was the meatloaf! So much so that we were craving them days later, so we decided to eat there again the night before we were due to leave.

Staff was amazing. Bone marrow was excellently done with just little side flair to make each bite different. Watermelon salad was great between the fatty richness. I'm a former bartender, I've made a few of my own extracts and bitters, that said this bartender is going places if he wants. Killed the classics, his first released recipe was excellent and when given free reign wowed. Steaks were flavorful and tender and well priced for the island prices there. Saw everyone from first dates, old couples, to a large group having a great time there. Only con is the bathroom is in the next restaurant. Loved the music and candle atmosphere pairing.

To start, we tried the Lobster Mac & Cheese Bites, and they were an absolute delight—perfectly crispy on the outside with a rich, flavorful filling. The highlight of the meal, however, was the Bone Marrow Burger a fantastic balance of taste and texture, offering great value for both its size and unique flavor combination.

Our final order was the steak of the day, which, while tasty, felt overpriced considering the portion size. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the inviting ambiance made for a pleasant evening.

I was very pleasantly surprised with The Butcher Bar. The bartender gave me a daquari that he had modified himself, and it was delicious. The staff were outstanding and everyone easily found something to their liking. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered. I would certainly recommend this restaurant to my best friend without hesitation. As an annual visitor, I will be back.
