This is my favorite coffee Bean &Tea Leaf! The customer service here is top notch, mainly because of Tori. I have a modified order that I always get and she does it with such enthusiasm and makes customers feel welcome all the time.
Sadly I just found out that she is no longer employed here. My drinks I'm afraid won't ever be the same. Hopefully the torch will be passed on and the other baristas have taken notes from her. She will be missed. Good luck to her, I know she will do well wherever she goes.

Night crew is the best here at this location. Very accommodating and great service. Morning crew not so much with the exception of a few baristas. One of the baristas in the morning can have a very “I’m not wrong “ attitude. Night time is more consistent and better with drinks. Morning crew not so much. Other than that, good coffee.

Hands down the best one in Oahu. We have came here at least a dozen times over the last 2 weeks and we love it here. The staff is super friendly, the drinks are incredible, merch is cool and the food is great. Not only that, this place is cheaper than Starbucks, offers way more for way less, literally better than any coffee place we’ve ever came to. We love it here and cannot recommend it enough to everyone. 10/10 will always dream about coming back here.

Thank you for my dad. He loved the higher intelligence recorded my request for a takeout. Its chocolate chip beans He flavored the notes and cut them to be frappe-inspired. Deol is name to the order.

Normally, i love coffee bean and tea leaf but didn’t have a great experience at this location. They mixed up my order, and were pretty rude about it. Also didn’t have napkins left at the store and my coffee cup was leaking whip cream. Totall MESS. Store manager is Samantha Baz.

I was surprised to see CBTL here in Hawaii. There’s non in mainland. The last time I had CBTL was in Asia. Matcha was so good, we came back even before our flight. The barista can be nicer…
