The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Market City

Hands down the best one in Oahu. We have came here at least a dozen times over the last 2 weeks and we love it here. The staff is super friendly, the drinks are incredible, merch is cool and the food is great. Not only that, this place is cheaper than Starbucks, offers way more for way less, literally better than any coffee place we’ve ever came to. We love it here and cannot recommend it enough to everyone. 10/10 will always dream about coming back here.

Thank you for my dad. He loved the higher intelligence recorded my request for a takeout. Its chocolate chip beans He flavored the notes and cut them to be frappe-inspired. Deol is name to the order.

Normally, i love coffee bean and tea leaf but didn’t have a great experience at this location. They mixed up my order, and were pretty rude about it. Also didn’t have napkins left at the store and my coffee cup was leaking whip cream. Totall MESS. Store manager is Samantha Baz.

I was surprised to see CBTL here in Hawaii. There’s non in mainland. The last time I had CBTL was in Asia. Matcha was so good, we came back even before our flight. The barista can be nicer…

I was treated like a king! This is my favorite Coffee Shop! Barista V is amazing and very professional! She always remembers my order and has it ready when she sees me in the order line! This shop has the best service ever! Thankyou V.

There is a worker who works there he is very rude. He’s a bald Filipino man who was like 30. I went to try to get some sugar and he yelled at me in front of everybody and now every time I passed his story he’s literally literally eyeing me out.

So i am waiting in line cashier seems me.. they close at 1pm.. i hear her saying i am turning off the oven. Then takes another two minutes to come check on me. I asked her to warm up a bagel.. she tells me oh i just turned off the oven. Then i asked why, since they close at 1pm. Mind you its only 11:19am and she tells me the oven takes an hour to turn off. Okay, so you had another whole hour to turn it off. But yeah, i guess we do things fast to get home faster. Oh please check on your customers before, i had been waiting for a while and if she had decided to ask if i needed anything she could have easily made another sale.

they’re always closed, their new times says they close at 3:30 monday - friday. I came at 12:30 and they were already closing down, doors locked with workers inside. I’m a barista so i know the struggle but that was actually crazy. Also i know they’re training but they shouldn’t let new baristas serve bad drinks. last time i waited 30 minutes for a iced latte ( wasn’t busy at all) and i had to ask for it to be made again because it was so incredibly watered down… a latte.
