Service and speedy transaction, but hygiene practices should be improved. Employees had gloves on but used the same ones to handled the transaction that involved cash. This could have been repeated practice to save time and money for the business, but it is uncleanly. Cookies are yummy, but does not make up for it. Employees should be split up to have some designated on register transactions and other for food-handling. Or to tongs/spatulas could be used for grabbing product.

they got me with scent marketing sorcery 😔 that waft of warm cookies was damn alluring but the brownie cookie itself was not giving brownie, more extra chocolate cookie with lotta dry crunch and too much chew; it's an edible-sure-but-not-great cookie pit stop.

When you walk by, you can smell the delicious smell of cookies. The cookies here have a crunchy texture and are delicious! I prefer these to Honolulu cookies! I especially recommend the chocolate chip cookies. Everyone at the store is very responsive and the customer service is good❣️

Stopped by the Windward Mall location to catch a movie at the Regal Theater. Smelled the cookies baking and followed my nose to the bake shop downstairs. Picked up the 8oz box of Choc Chip Mac Nut; OMGoodness! Yumm!

Fly’s on their cookies! Fly’s in their display case. If you’re going to charge a premium, over $20 a pound, then at minimum fix your showcase and offer a clean product without flies! Flies should not be enjoying the cookies before paying customers. The owner should fix this asap!
Dietary restrictions: Do not eat the cookies if you see flies on them!
Cookies are tasty, but pricy. Usually has teens working the front counter that don’t know what they’re doing.
