I went to Mama Pho twice, the food was so good. Both times I ordered the pho with rare beef. It comes with bean sprouts, and fresh basill with lemon wedges. I also ordered the summer rolls without the sauce because it was not gluten-free.
I have celiac disease and had no issues eating here. The noodles are made from rice, same with the skin on the summer rolls.

This was a great and unexpected find. So grateful because There were so many food options at this Mall, but I couldn't eat them due to my many intolerances. But Mama Pho had a great atmosphere, the food was served quickly, and piping hot!!
Today I got to try the Mama's Fresh Roll Platter and it was very tasty and unique. I got to experience my own wrapping. This place looks so clean and fancy like a fine dining. Also, the service was very friendly and helpful.
