Two years ago this place used to be a staple to bring visiting family and friends to. The location combined with then great drinks and food was epic.

Over the past couple years the service and food quality has exponentially declined. The past couple visits resulted in waiting a min of an hr for the food, and the food was cold and not good. We attempted one more time hoping the managment could restore what this place used to be. This last time was the worst restaurant experience my family has had. After waiting over an hour for the coconut shrimp appetizer to arrive, it was cold and very soggy. My wife and I ordered wagu burgers with advertized thick juicy burgers and thick cut smoked bacon. What we received was a small still cold frozen patty, less then an 1/8 of an inch thick and tasted disgusting. The final straw was my wife opening her burger up to have a bug crawl out of it.

With the historic and beautiful location, the lack of effort to produce even remotely acceptable food anymore is sad.

Hidden Gem of Hickam!!!! Great atmosphere! Love that it’s right on the beach and everyone was so kind and helpful. The open concept seating was a definite plus, especially to enjoy the breeze, water and sunset. The bartender Catie was exceptional!! Great service, good recommendations and was very attentive. Cant wait to come back!!

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for handicapable patrons to access all areas.

Been coming here for years. My usual order is the wings. They used to come with some celery and carrot sticks. However, last week when I ordered they came instead with fries. Not really excited about it, but ate them. Today when the wings came, there was a full ate of wings and only six (6) wings. I'm not happy about the change. The service and atmosphere are good. However, it seems the place has altered their menu toward the negative. Guess I won't be ordering the wings anymore.

This place is absolutely horrendous because of management and mostly the owner!

Service is bad. Food is bad, they actually are violating safety and health protocols and continuously get cited! There’s a whole report that’s publicly accessible as well.

The only reason why they’re able to operate now is because they’re “showing improvements to fix the citations” that’s why they’re not shut down.

So many employees were laid off, employees aren’t being paid, they’ve gone on strike, fired on the spot, left on the spot etc.,

JUST PURE CHAOS

Food is way over priced and terrible!

It’s really sad because the locations is great, has so much potential. But the owner is just money grabbing, is not providing the right resources to properly run this place. Just like his other restaurant on the Navy side, both horrific.

a friend ordered and got food from there for us for helping her move and it wasn't worth the money spent. Also every time we have gone there. The food is mediocre and the mac n cheese made my daughter sick. Won't eat there again and I tell everyone to avoid it. It has so much potential and the location is beautiful but it's just not ran properly and seems like it's been going downhill for a while.

The ribeye is advertised as “market price”, everything else is is listed at about $20. When we paid, the ribeye wasn’t cooked correctly and was mediocre at best but priced at $67.

The service was slow, they forgot to give us silverware and straws. I had to ask for a refill 3 times. I also had to flag the waitress down for the checks 20 mins after we finished eating. This is my 3rd time eating here an I’m not impressed. Restaurant 604 is a better option, for 1/2 the price, and a comparable view.

This is our favorite place on Oahu. The view is unbeatable! The Mai Tais are the best. The burgers are excellent, and the staff is always super friendly.

Recommend it to anyone!
