Rude, even by Hawaii standards. Selective service.Don't waste your time here.When I had a discrepancy the alleged manager made zero effort to remedy it, instantly became confronting and had zero tolerance for listening or reason.

I love the fact that this place is open until 4am and open on the weekdays. Apparently they are going to do no cover on the weekdays???There pizza is amazing and a great way to end the night. A few friends have told me they have had bottle service here and they had no complaints. This place might be on the smaller side but it's perfect for Honolulu! Overall this place 1000x better than it used to. I hope to visit more often!

Something to do on the weekdays! This place is a vibeeee. The restrooms remind me of a hotel. I feel like it's been newly renovated??? I've come here before when it was all brown and sort of run down. Apparently they are affiliated with The District.. which is next door. Stayed here until closing last week and their late night pizza was a great night cap.

The pizza with the egg (literally that's the name of it) is amazing! I haven't ate this pizza in a while and it's still delicious years later. A few changes with the way you order though 1) you can no longer walk in to just eat pizza (you now have to pay a cover charge at Venus night club and access The Lounge that way) 2) if you just want pizza, you need to call to order and wait outside 3) the yolk now comes in a container and you need to pour it on yourself, I liked that (it used to be served on the pizza). The guy who took our order was nice and friendly. Since I was paying with card, he came out to take my payment. The wait wasn't long, probably because we were there at 9pm. We'll definitely be back for more pizza runs in the future!

This place discriminates. It's not cool to have arbitrary rules that discriminate. This is Hawaii. This tool of a bouncer had to enforce the tank top rule on me. I guess I'll never know what pizza from this place tastes like???

Super condescending waitress & waiter. Could tell waiter was extremely frustrated we ordered on separate tabs when we came in as a group, I understand the frustration working in the industry but no excuse for what happened after.

Super condescending waitress & waiter. Could tell he was extremely frustrated we ordered on separate tabs when we came in as a group, First Waitress was great. When asked why tab was so high when going to pay , since I noticed 2 extra drinks, because I only ordered three drinks and their was two extra I asked why. Was told someone else ordered on my tab, then was told to ask my “homies” and I asked them to see their tab and they only received their full bill and they obviously didn’t fully check the bill and just signed. (The last bill you receive only shows the total not the amount of drinks and what you paid for each drink.) I still always check my bill regardless of anything and don’t just blindly pay, They said they couldn’t give me or my friends their full bill again (which truly wouldn’t be that hard since they had just cashed out before me) bc of so many people in the place. Still asked why because if they got fully charged why would I pay double? Add on I always tip well because of the fact I used to work in the service industry and love tipping my servers extra, I was truly just curious why I was over charged when I only ordered three drinks. Received condescending remarks from one of the waitresses saying ask my “homies” saying how they weren’t true “homies” etc when she wouldn’t even provide their full bills again and the male waiter who left frustrated from our table that we were splitting our tab and not keeping it on the same bill kept up with remarks as well. I understand dealing with drunk people and being frustrated but if someone is curious about their bill you should still try your best to figure out how they got that amount and make sure you fully got their consent to add certain charges to their bill. I understand the music is loud but that’s truly no excuse to mess up a bill and there is absolutely no excuse to treat customers in such a way. I worked for tips and in the industry and have always treated staff well but was extremely shocked to be treated in such a way, with absolutely no answers.

Laz was bouncing the night I last went to The Lounge, a place I've been taking my coworkers and friends to for the past five years. We had the table closest to the door and we had three chairs with four people (three guys and one girl). We were accompanying all of those chairs when my friend got up to buy drinks. Laz then took one of our chairs. I then asked him if he were using it, and he replied looking at my male friend and me aggressively saying, "The female should be sitting!" I then said, "We were using it." Laz replied, "They should let the female sit. (Looking at me, the female) Are you going to sit?" I left it alone, and my friend had to stand. I am most unsatisfied with the customer service here after this night. I usually come here, however I am sad to say I am very disappointed after this night.

They might as well call this The D lounge because the way they treat their customers . I ordered pizza and wings and once I received my food they kicked me out of bar since they closed the bar. However, they never notified me when I ordered the food that I couldn't eat inside and when I received the order they threw away my drink and pushed me out. They do not respect their paid. customers and their lack communication shows the lack of leadership. I will never come back here again.
