Taste very good & service great.

Have gone to this boba shop for many years. Their boba WAS good although high priced. However since they switched from the clear cups where you can see all the ingredients to the cheap paper cups where you can't see inside, they seem to be habitually taking advantage of the customer by failing to add the ingredients you paid for. Specifically, we have ordered the black sugar boba several times recently and after tasting then looking inside by tearing the plastic top, we were disappointed to see that they had left out the black sugar and other key ingredients. This has happened repeatedly. This is no mistake. They have shifted their model to taking advantage of the customer by shorting key ingredients. Shame On Tiger Sugar! We will not be returning and I highly recommend you don't either! Only Aloha Wins!

Good slushies and sago

Not recommended, be cautious when you go, the taste and the staff there were far from satisfaction. My husband and I are long time tiger tea lover but won't go back to this location anymore.

I’m the regular customer that always order the drink no.1 at least once a week

Today they start mess up my order by let me wait 10min . The customer before me got the drink already but I still didn’t got , so I ask them and they completely forgot mine and not even say sorry they just say “ oh ok I can make it right now” after that I got the small size but I pay extra for extra largeI so I tell her then she remake again so in that time I take a look when she make it seriously bc she keep mess up my order and I know how they make it so they put brown sugar sauce around first and put boba and put ice and then milk and then cream on top this is correct way

!!!!!! but this time the lady didn’t put cream for me and that cream mean everything bc if they don’t put it , it just milk and brown sugar right ? Nothing taste😤

so I see it and I ask her bc I’m sure she forgot to put it!!! She look at my eyes and say she already put it ( but how ? I looks at her when she make it I see every process🤣) so I try it and yeah it just milk and I’m not gonna pay 8$ for just milk so I ask her again that I can’t feel the cream and if she put the cream we can see it float on the top but it nothing after that another customer come and said they didn’t got they pudding in they drink too and the workers also said she already put

guyyyy but it’s pudding if she put why we can’t see so that time I’m really sure that girl don’t know how to work and she is a liar

So this girl mess up everybody order and not accepting that it was her fault she try to sell you just milk and boba with total 7-8 dollar after tax

I love boba in this place but make sure u take a look when they make ur drink u might missing something that u pay for

I asked the worker if they do reduced sugar for the #1 Black Sugar Boba. She pointed to a paper on the ocunter and said something like "It says on here" and she turned around and did something else. Needless to say it was a little disheartening, but we still might have ordered except the paper said that only 75% sugar is available, which is way too sweet (we usually get 25% at other bubble tea shops and it's already super sweet). Between the worker seeming annoyed by my question and the lack of (normal) options for sweetness, we'll stick to the many other shops around Ala Moana.

Although the drink wasn't bad, the staff was incredible rude, why? Because I ordered no ice. After that she denied it and put less ice, which is such a scam because the more ice the less ingredients you gotta add. After, she was finally done and didn't shake my drink, I don't want to complain but she did it to everyone. The service in this place is incredible awful, the woman who deserved my drink was an Asian looking woman but a lot of piercings.

Guy worker was really nice let me change my drink from L to XL. I didn't know there was XL because I didn't look at the display. I ordered more drinks and they were made so fast. The drinks are very yummy and I highly recommend.

Made my stomach hurts I feel nauseous terrible customer service by long hair guy TERRIBLE

They were super chill, the first time I went there I made a joke about coming back with a bag of quarters to pay and they said that would be appreciated.so I come back with 75$ worth of quarters and they counted them and exchanged them for cash and drinks for me and my dad. They delt with my silliness so for that I am grateful.

Really bad experience. Visited on 2.15 at around 1:30 and there was only one employee working but two other staff were chilling. One guy ran out from the back to play video games on his phone in front of the store and a girl just yelled and cackled loudly from behind. The boba was really soggy and the taro drink was grainy which was super annoying since it took 15 minutes to be made - we couldn't finish it.Save your money and go somewhere else for drinks, you can get better for cheaper across from Macy's.
