Chicharron
Skin-on Pork Belly marinated in mojo sauce and sous vide until tender, then fried crispy served over a bed of seasonal greens. Served with beans and tortillas.
Calabacitas con Queso
Zucchini sauteed with onions, tomatoes, topped with melted cheese. Served with beans and tortillas.
Duck Mole
Confit leg of duck smothered in our housemade mole.
Pescado a la Veracruzana
Fresh caught Local fish on a Veracruzana sauce of onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and green olives.
Cochinita Pibil
Pork shoulder marinated in achiote, spices and citrus, wrapped in banana leaves; topped with pickled red onions. Served with beans and tortillas

Food was way too salty. When I asked if there was a low sodium option, the waiter/cook/possibly owner got all snarky, and was rude and abrupt for the rest of the time. We will not be back.

This place is the epitome of the 3.5 star rule. The food is insanely good. Maybe the owner/cook wasn't what you had in mind, but maybe you gotta loosen up a bit on your expectations and give people room to be themselves. The server/bartender was phenomenal. Just don't wear a tank top (men), wait at the door, be respectful, and when you take your first bite, you'll understand why the man takes this place so seriously. Cheers

Freshest guacamole in town!! Owner was super sweet and kind. Great service and the drinks were amazing. Had the strawberry Fresca and it did not disappoint!! Highly recommend if you are in the area.
