Pizza is better than it looks. Its really small for 15$ so I had to order 2. The service is terrible… They are slow and unfriendly. I was there and asked it the can switch the channel for the soccer game. They said they will do it & they switched it to late because talking with some other costumers for 20 minutes was more important I guess… would only recommend they Pizza takeaway

The pizza was an absolute joke in terms of size for $15. I ordered a small beer, and the price wasn't even on the menu. The beer cost me $15. The lady with short hair just said it's listed at the front of the bar; luckily, I had a magnifying glass with me. Avoid this restaurant at all costs, absolute rip-off!!!!

I told her can I get a cheese pizza and she rudely asked me to look at price. I told her doesn’t matter price and she got upset and started saying how other ppl complain about it. Third time ordering pizza from the Torn Basil at the Daniel K Inouye International Airport. Pizza is sooo good!! Came out pretty quickly. It is 4 slices worth but oh so delicious!! Had the mushroom pepperoni sausage. Mm mm good. Server who manages table service as well as Togo orders is really nice. Definitely ?

The ordering system is a MESS. I feel sorry for the waitress. The online menu offers item that are not carried and does not list items that it does carry. If you order a non carried item the app errors and tells you to contact the only waitress on the floor. You then get in line with all the other poor souls who picked poorly. She then tells you what you can have and places the order for you. This is a great example of technology driving a business (soon to be out of business) instead of business driving the technology.

The lady in her 40s-50s waiting tables with medium blonde hair was very rude and condescending, she screamed at me, not kidding, for sitting down at an open table to eat my food from the nearby Burger King. All the signage at the area said please seat yourself, not for tomato basil pizza only. She screamed at me to move to the outside tables, when all were full, when the table area had barely anyone in it. I have never met such a rude worker and barely write reviews but she prompted this. It was the lady with short blonde hair not the shorter gal with dark hair working at 12:00 PM 4/1/24 Honolulu airport, I hope her manager can instruct her to be more polite to customers AND add proper signage so we know it’s not for outside people.

Well, while service was a bit cold, but quick, and the pizza was definitely beyond the airport expectation. We had pepperoni, untraditional Hawaiian and chicken BBQ. And the Waikiki brown ale was great. Yeah, the star down for making us (and everyone I guess) feel unwelcome.
