The pizza shop dining/tables apparently were “closed”, so the server lady told us to move our luggage outside of their dining area to wait for the pizzas we had ordered and also told us we’d have to eat elsewhere. While waiting for our pizzas, she then opened up the dining space to new customers. Mind you, we were still waiting on our pizzas. She opened up the dining area literally 2 minutes after telling us we could not sit or eat in her dining space. It was unfortunate that we felt discriminated against. When our pizza was ready for pickup, she was laughing and being extremely loud and rude as we walked away with our pizza to the “outside” dining space. Never again. Be aware if you’re considering eating here, they’re very rude and judgemental with customers. I don’t leave reviews ever, but the way I felt after leaving this place, I feel it would be a disservice not to inform future customers of this discriminating customer service here at the airport pizza shop called Torn Basil Pizza.

Drinks are watery bc they are filled with ice till the top. My veggies pizza has pineapple. Pineapple is Not a vegetable. It runs my pizza.

If zero stars were an option, I would give that. Staff were incredibly rude. Waited for a five minutes for a lady to yell at me and tell me “no cash” but I also had a credit card. Then came back 8 min later and told me “sorry no cashier” all five of us in line left.

They're delicious pizzas. I especially love the ham and pineapple one and their crust is so crispy and it's just the right size. I mean it's a personal Pizza but it's really good
Pizza is better than it looks. Its really small for 15$ so I had to order 2. The service is terrible… They are slow and unfriendly. I was there and asked it the can switch the channel for the soccer game. They said they will do it & they switched it to late because talking with some other costumers for 20 minutes was more important I guess… would only recommend they Pizza takeaway

The pizza was an absolute joke in terms of size for $15. I ordered a small beer, and the price wasn't even on the menu. The beer cost me $15. The lady with short hair just said it's listed at the front of the bar; luckily, I had a magnifying glass with me. Avoid this restaurant at all costs, absolute rip-off!!!!

6-23-24 around 10:15 am Went to order a cheese pizza and an older lady with short short hair kinda dirty blonde hair was rude and racial profile my Daughter and I. I told her can I get a cheese pizza and she rudely asked me to look at price. I told her doesn’t matter price and she got upset and started saying how other ppl complain about it. Then a white male came and order and she was super nice and didn’t even ask him to look at price. This made me feel upset. She kindly greeted them with a smile While she was rude with us
