I walked up to this corner with a bunch of food trucks around and when I was walking around checking each one out I saw Trydi’s and was asked if I wanted to try some free samples. I tried a few different things that I can’t remember everything but it was all SO good! I was even told to walk around and check out the other trucks but I came back and ended up ordering the Short Ribs and th Pork and both were so delicious! I loved the mac salad as well! Service was great and food...
Trydis BBQ is hands down the best Hawaiian food I’ve had. Everything is cooked to order, the mac salad is incredible, and the smoked meat, chicken, and kalbi are must-tries. With white rice and double mac, it’s pure perfection.
Proprietors were awesome and personable. Smoked Lilikoi plate is excellent and their take on the Hawaii Style Mac salad was the best I tried all week. Out door seating was shaded and plentiful.
