The hid gem in tala Moana Mall. The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable about their extensive supplements but are the friendliest . I love their green drink so fresh!! Mary (lovingly called fudge) is one of the reasons I frequent this mom and pop shop, always taking time to talk to her clients and get to understand their needs. Best boutique health store in Hawaii !

I go to VIM n' VIGOR. Almost everyday I work. Ok.. ok. Everyday I work. The staff there are not only friendly. But personable as well. I go several times a day, just to say hi and see their faces . They always have the product that I need in stock. And have a great points system for future discounts. The customer service is unbeatable. Unlike the bigger health food and supplement stores. That have more of a sterile and impersonal experience. Thank you to the staff. Mahalo

Their smoothies are soooo good! Especially the Mint Green. Good enough to fight for my life looking for parking on a Saturday at the mall.

Vim n vigor is just great! I’ve been a customer for years and they have always given me good advice and recommended wonderful products.

This store is inconsistent in product availability and service, but prices do seem to rise consistently. I went in to buy a product and noticed a jump in price but wanting to keep supporting local, I selected 2 for purchase. I was surprised when the bill total was higher than I expected. After my receipt was given to me I saw that I was charged $1.00 over for each item. I alerted the cashier to the price discrepancy between what the items were marked and what I was charged. A second cashier came over and instead of responding to me, my cashier addressed the other woman and just said that is what they rang up as so they must of been incorrectly marked... then she proceeded to help the next customer without so much as an acknowledgment. Beware that all of their sales are final even if they make mistakes!!

I went in here yesterday to buy some herbal supplements & spoke to an employee, a woman with short hair; She asked me where I was from...I told her I was from Vegas and just moved to Hawaii; She asked, "Are you looking for a place?" I said, "Yeah, I've looked a little bit." Then, she laughed and said some negative things like, "Wow...Good luck...It's really hard to find anything right now." I cannot stand when people 'neg' what you're doing in life; It reminds me of the theory of crabs in a bucket...When one tries to rise to the top, the ones that are stuck try to drag that one down back to the bottom. I have no idea why this woman thought it was a good idea to laugh & say negative things about my plans; I try to follow the saying that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all...Even if it is hard to find an apartment, you can at least offer some advice, but to laugh and say negative discouraging comments is pretty lame. The owner is loud & annoying & should maybe lay off the CBD a bit.

Been here multiple times. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on the products they sell and a lot of their pricing seems quite reasonable even compared to mainland prices for kava, kratom, and fly agaric. Definitely recommend popping in and checking out their selection.

I do wish they would look into caring amanita muscaria chocolate but I think this is still a new product for them and have a small selection.

A very comprehensive vitamin shop. I was able to find things here that I was unable to locate at The Vitamin Shoppe or Longs. However, prices are very steep here…almost double compared to the aforementioned stores.They also have a lot of alternative and holistic type medicine, so that’s…interesting?

Caucasian lady at the register was rude. As I was reaching out to get my change she dropped it half on the counter and half in my hand. When I brought it to her attention she said she didn't want to touch me. She was rude and her comment was uncalled for. I only gave the review two stars because they had the water I wanted.

Rudest customer service. That guy and woman should not work at a "health-conscious" store. No wonder it is empty and overpriced.

My new favorite place to shop, eat ( grab and go), and become informed on healthy products. I just spent $600 plus buying the package plan they offer with red light therapy and other " bio hackers"( still need to Google this new health term! Btw I stayed extra long trying their new services and Heather was so sweet to offer me something from deli before they closed and highly recommend the papaya soup!! Best ever and really " hit the spot" bought some excellent memory remedies and hormonal balancing supplements. Black Friday deals where excellent and generous
