The theater itself is nice. Comfortable seating with trays to hold popcorn, drink, etc. The concession stand on the other had was ridiculously slow. They had multiple lines open which at most was 8-10 deep with a 25 min wait to be served.
Bronson at Customer Service is Awesome! On 11/27/23, I took advantage of the $100 promotion plus $30 egift card! But I looked through my emails, trash and even spam and couldn't find my gift cards! So when I called Ward and talked to Bronson, he is so nice, friendly and helpful! He has excellent customer service skills by listening to my situation and assured me that he could help me! Ward entertainment center used to be the hub of all entertaining but with Dave & Buster's moving to ala Moana the significance of the location will have been greatly diminished. The overall success of Ward entertainment center greatly depends on the new tenant that will be placed or accepted into the now vacant space.
