👎👎👎I’m honestly very disappointed with what happened tonight. Around 1 AM my car wouldn’t start, so I walked to Wendy’s because I was hungry. Your drive-thru was open, and I came directly to the window. I didn’t ask for anything free — I was fully ready to pay for my order.
But the staff refused to take my order simply because I wasn’t in a car. No explanation, no alternative, nothing. Just “No, we won’t take your order.”
This felt extremely unfair and honestly like discrimination. I was a paying customer standing right there, and yet I was turned away for no reason. Having to walk back hungry because the employees wouldn’t help a customer at 1 AM is unacceptable. Very disappointed with this kind of service.

Thanks for the free sandwich. Ordered and ready in 5 minutes. A lot better deals and food than the other fast food restaurants. Nice location right off Nimitz close to the airport and bases.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband was served a chicken sandwich with raw, uncooked meat inside. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. We were shocked and very disappointed, we never expected this from Wendy’s. Serving raw chicken is a serious health risk.

No because I have some choice words. Tell me why EVERY SINGLE TIME I order (online because if it’s in person I’m saying something) a sour cream and chive potato there’s NO SOUR CREAM!!!!! The night shift has consistent issues like no joke. They always forget sour cream, sauce, butter, you name it there’s something missing, it’s actually so ridiculous. Like it’s to a point where this location can suck the driest, crustiest, decrepit piece of crap and live on it cause I’m sick of yall 👏🏼🗣️‼️
