Overall the food was alright. The fries Seems like they may not have changed the oil and quite some time. I asked them for new fries and they were quite condescending.

usually, no issues what so ever with this location. but the last 3 consecutive visits something i s always incorrect. check your order (open sandwhich) before driving off.

Worst experience of my life. Never want to go back there. They got my order wrong, I was specific No Pickles, but they Chose not to listen, it wasn't even busy... It was raining and since I didn't eat anything that day I decided to stop just to get something to eat. That was the worst Decision , I choked on a pickle and I have allergys, sucks to be me. I called them, and that they have to make sure they do the order right but instead I got, you should have said your allergic. Cross contaimantion, we would have changed our gloves. Are you serious... I couldn't finish my conversation with whoever I talked to on the phone because I couldn't Breathe!! Never again!! Worst experience...

The soda machine was out of several flavors.
Wet spots on the floor, without proper signage.
Overall, it's Wendy's. Nice to use the kiosk; food was prepared quickly. Better than other Wendy's locations.
Clean bathrooms, requires code to prevent "public use" restroom messes.

Horrible experience at this location yet again. Employees talking to each other while taking orders, drive thru window asking to repeat our order because the workers can't hear. Then upon getting my order missing sandwiches. This has happened before.

Racist workers. They don't like black people. Lied about my order being ready. Food cold. I will never eat here again. It's sad when I do decide to eat trash food. The service matches the food. Also there was flies flying all over the kitchen and counters.

I've noticed Wendy's beef tastes weird. Not a normal beef burger flavor. I've since stopped eating at all Wendy's restaurants.

I did in line for almost 20 minutes just wanting to order my food. I couldn’t wait anymore. I just left went to a drive-through Jack-in-the-Box instead.

Wow...walking in and every employee's face was basically RBF, not a care in the world to customers walking up to the counter. One employee wiping an already clean counter repeatedly for 5min while customers stood to place an order. A second, walking back and forth fulfilling orders but not able to acknowledge the customers waiting to place an order. Just attitude all over, I finally go up to place an order, no greeting, just grudgingly walking over and staring. I asked for a Ranch Chicken Club, "we don't sell that"...um, I repeat my order, this time their response with a little more attitude, "we don't sell that"...hmm, my response, "you mean you do sell #8?". She looks up, looks back, no response, just punches in the order. Let alone how she spoke to a customer for order pick up. The whole visit was a cluster. Serious customer service training is needed. No need to return.
