So bad! Very limited wine menu and the Cabernet tasted like 2 buck chuck. The clam chowder was mediocre as was the Caesar salad. I asked for fettuccine Alfredo with zucchini carrots and cherry tomatoes and they brought out an inedible spaghetti with pesto- I am still waiting for my pasta - without veggies - they wanted a dollar per veggie! Crazy/ I know! I hope to never eat here again

We enjoyed the food served here and the ambiente, the staff paid big attention to make our experience great and was super friendly. Food was delicious for reasonable prices, the only food that didn't catch our attention was Burrito that was a bit dry. The rest was tasty. Would return here again.

My first visit was on 2-5-20. Was first seated in the main dining area. When I related that it seemed cold at my table, they suggested a table in the outside (but covered) area by the pool. Great choice. Robin was my server-- very friendly and efficient. She even kept smiling while two diners near me had 'picky' complaints about their food. I had the Fish & Chips-- a lot of food done just right: five pieces of fish, fries, and full-length green beans. Robin came back often to be sure that everything was good with my meal.

My husband and I dined here many times over our 2 month stay at the Airport Honolulu Hotel. Some of the menu items are better than others. We loved the Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan, Aloha Platter, Spinach Salad, Pan Fried Salmon, Chili, Mozz. Sticks, and Pork Sliders and their Bread Pudding dessert is made in house and is amazing! All that said, the service was truly the best part!! Emil took care of us the most often, and he was both an amazing server and an all-around great guy. Donna, Tim, Stella, JaNae, and Sharon are seriously amazing too and they all took great care of us and went out of their way to make us feel welcome! If you’re considering trying it out, you won’t regret it! The food is really good, the prices are fair, but the wait staff is the real reason to visit!

We ate two dinners at this restaurant inside the Airport Honolulu hotel. Portions were big and tasty. Prices were reasonable and the staff was super friendly.

Came here due to family staying here at the hotel for a few days. Been here once to pick up food for an UberEats delivery. We, family and I, were seated at the table in the middle of the place. All the windows were open so the entire room was freezing cold. Why open them up when it has been raining and super windy? I was glad to have a jacket on at the same time. I had ordered a veggie wrap with a side of clam chowder soup. I love both kinds of food so I was quite looking forward to it. Upon receiving the soup, I was quite depressed just the look of it. It wasn't hot but lukewarm. It had an offsetting taste to it like as if it came from a can. Adding the crackers didn't make it any better. Sure I could've left it alone but I'm not one to waste food. As for the wrap, I've had better. I tasted more wrap than the veggies. There was barely any sauce as it had stated in the menu. I ended up taking the 2nd half of the wrap home for the soup was quite filling on its own. I added some hot sauce to the wrap which helped it go down better and provide more flavor. Service was decent and often refilled everyone's drink. They often checked up on us. I wish the food was better especially for the prices. If I came back here again, I'd choose something else.

I ordered takeout here not long before closing time, and the service was fast and friendly despite the late hour. Beyond Burgers are definitely the junk food version of veggie burgers, so I appreciated that they piled the fresh veggies high on it. The fries were good too.
I expected to just get a serviceable meal from the hotel restuarant. What I got instead was a lovely fresh Cobb salad with extremely generous portions of ingredients including perfect avocado amd heaps of bacon and ham. The best part of all was Tim, the waiter. He exuded warmth and kindness, and also exhibited that rare level of customer service that seems to come from the ability to mind read. I never had to ask for anything extra, as he anticipated each need before I had quite formulated the request in my own mind.

The Best Western The Plaza does not have a restaurant so they sent down the street to Willoughby's. They were a little slow getting me seated and taking my order. I tried the Spaghetti Bolognese with Seasonal Vegatables. The order came out quickly, had huge portions and was very good. But they skimped on the Parmesan cheese. The server essentially just set my dinner down and then ignored me from then on. I will probably not come back despite the menu and taste.
