We were excited to visit. However, ordering from the happy hour menu will get you placed in the corner of the restaurant and mostly ignored after a while. At least the food was decent.

Around 10 p.m. visit through walk in w/o reservation. If it's your first visit, suggest to going up the escalater nearby vintage island. This restaurant place at 3F in same shopping center. Really nice to served good quality foods & freindly serving by our main waiter. But very unpleasant during enterance of this restaurant. Even we're last guests, the front desk lady not introduce our seats right away even waiters said there's enough seats and can sit at any available seats. In my thought, she doesn't realize of i can speak English cause i'm a asian. And finally she introduce our seats, the seats are the worst place to even can't pulled out chair and all other halls have enough good places to feel comfortable. My husband asks to move another seat but she denies to move place since it's already reserved. The main waiter can make us get the seats a few minutes later but it was a really awful experience have been at usa. Already compain this but strongly hope to getting better for this and hope other people don't feel this impleasant experience. That's why i write down this review.I visited as a walk-in around 10 o'clock. I went to the Waikiki store, but it was difficult to find the location when I first visited. Located on the 3rd floor above Vintage Island.The menu structure and taste are similar to those in Korea. The food and service were good, with the server in charge guiding us very kindly and telling us that he would provide services if we needed kimchi or potato side dishes.However, when we were first seated at 10 o'clock, the lady at the information desk made us wait even though we were the last guests and the waiters said there were seats available. Even though there were many seats in the hall, we were guided to the most uncomfortable seats and when we asked to change seats, we were denied because we had reservations. I did. In the end, I was asked to change my seat by the waiter and there were no guests with reservations. I complained about this at the time of payment, and it remains a very unpleasant memory considering the high price.

Went for both dinner and happy hour.The portion was so large that I couldn't finish it all in one sitting, so the staff recommended I take it home.It's quite greasy and has a strong taste.I really like alcohol lolThe staff inside are friendly, but the receptionist's response is sloppy.

Even though the only people there are Asians, the servers go out of their way to give them a window seat. Occasionally, if a Westerner comes because they haven't heard the rumor that it's not good, they immediately show them to the window.I asked to change my seat because they put me in a corner, but they made me feel bad, so I don't think I'll ever go there again.
I came here especially for their Eggs benedict. It was delicious. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Enough light especially when sitting by the window. Our server was very sweet and kind.

We made reservations for dinner in Hawaii for 4 adults and 2 children.The total cost was about $550, but considering the taste and service overall, the price gave me the impression that it was a high-end restaurant.It's harsh to compare with Japan in terms of cost performance, but at least the seasoning and quality of the meat are lower than before.Is it arrogance due to the popularity of the restaurant?
