Chong Qing Cuisine provides Sichuan style dishes with bold flavors, spice level to your liking, and a full stomach. The menu has limited selection, but providing consistent flavor and tender meats. Service is fair and interior is clean. The seating has only 5 tables and ordering is self serve. Unfortunately, they dont have desserts and parking is metered street parking. Free after 5pm
My fiancé and I just went for dinner two nights ago. It looked tiny from the outside, and was indeed small, but I'd read good reviews and after struggling to choose a good Chinese restaurant for nights, we decided to go. He got a pork noodle dish, and I ordered the boiled chili fish noodles with pickled cabbage. I cleaned my whole bowl. This was probably the best noodle soup dish I've ever eaten. Very efficient service, and we also enjoyed the spicy cucumber salad appetizer....
You can tell a place is going be good and on your list of regular eats when it has three things going on: it’s small, its clean, and you can hear people in their native tongues coming from the kitchen. The food is delicious, filling, and reasonably priced. There’s light oil and light salt options. The staff always refilled our water. Highly recommended if you like pepper corn spicy (the Sichuan kind).
