We dined at the sit down service room in the BACK of the building (not the casual seating area on the side). It has comfortable padded booths.The waitress was very pleasant and efficient. The food we were very pleased with quality and portion. I had the Zip Min, it had everything you could want inside and the soup base was perfect. My friends ordered the oxtail soup, which I sampled and it was outstanding. Our side of french fries were hot, fresh, and a generous serving.Only thing is when the bill came the oxtail soup was almost $29 a bowl! But, it WAS top quality. I also noticed there was a "kitchen charge" on the bill, i think that is a tip for the kitchen but it was only a couple bucks.All the other dishes on the menu seemed reasonable.Overall very satisfied we plan to go back to try other dishes.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the koren chicken, chili, mac salad, fried chicken ?...oxtail soup was bland, fried noodles was salty and the zip pac was not my thing ?....it took a while to get our food...maybe because we were a family of 4.Next time we will order separately.

RECORD SHEET,, & IT WAS MY VERY FIRST TIME TO A ZIPPY'S. !!! man that bakery was a most WONDERFUL SURPRISE,TREAT, MAHALO TO THE COOKING ? CREW,,GREAT JOB TO THOSE GREAT ? EMPLOYEE'S,, I KNOW they don't get the. CREDIT they DESERVE. and one final thing MAHALO,, MAHALO to all those GREAT people ? hopefully ? I WILL BE ABLE TO VISIT SOON. ? Dinning area needs to do better. Went in to eat breakfast and the lady was so impatient asking us what we wanted to drink. Like can you wait til we at least sit down first. The other lady gave us water and told us she will come back to take our order. Didn't come back at all. Told my husband we should go already because they didn't seem to take care of us as customers. NO, they was not busy at all. Yes, I get it there was only two servers working at the time but still please do your job as a server to attend to your paying customers. Thanks!
