“I'm from Texas and we're skeptical of any restaurant that sells Mexican food that isn't within 200 miles of the border. I gotta say this place made me believe there's hope in other parts of the world. Those birria tacos were absolutely delicious and that pineapple aqua fresca was the perfect pairing for hot Hawaiian day. Kudos to the friendly and courteous staff as well. This Big Island has a hidden gem and it's called Birria Boss!“

Pure and refreshing, didn't get the nature's sour patch kids thing though, must've been eating it wrong because SPK's are one of my favorite candy and didn't see the resemblance at all.. But it convinced us to get it! A fun time though and an experience to have if your out this way!“
