It's a really nice roadside eatery featuring some fantastic snacks and treats. The iced coffee was pitch perfect, and the kids loved the shave ice. Service can be a little slow since there is literally one person doing all behind the counter but it's worth the wait - not like some of the shrimp trucks in the area, which involve 2 hour wait times.

I tried other places next to the resort, and none came close to the one I enjoyed here!
Big portion, soft and flaky with no solid chunks, and I would gladly wait for perfection when you make it this heavenly.
I wish I had taken a picture, that first bite, hydrated my insides, and brought instant joy.
